Save energy, hardware costs, and space.

Mash this with ZoneOS Zone Screen that lets you extend the desktop across two monitors and get two users on one PC.

Alternative to MOSS?

Posted by moss2010 on June 28, 2007

Is MindQuarry an alternative to MOSS 2007 or WSS 3.0?

I’m seriously thinking of switching to open source offerings, hosted by places such as and offering big bundles new powerful technologies (as and (beyond Sharepoint individual file/item versioning: full mySQL-based source code configuration management (even better than Microsoft’s own Visual Source Safe I’m hearing) with WebDAV access)), among many other technologies as http://www.RubyOnRails.Org for database-driven sites and http://www.Xoops.Org portals, plus dozens of others just clicks away (see ). ) –competition which a Sharepoint host might want to keep an eye on (if you don’t already know).
