CUA – Common Use Arrangements
Under Section 23 of the State Supply Commission (the Commission) Act 1991, the “Commission may arrange for supply of goods and services to approved persons and bodies”. Government Procurement within the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) has delegated responsibility from the Commission to approve access to Common Use Arrangements (CUAs).
